Short Biography
- Ms. Joseph started working for the Village of Oakwood in July of 2023 as the Clerk of Council.
- She previously worked as a Paralegal in criminal law and has her degree in Paralegal Studies from the National Paralegal College.
- Ms. Joseph’s professional memberships includes the Ohio Municipal Clerks Association (OMCA), Northeast Ohio Municipal Clerks Association (NEOMCA), National Association of Government Achieves and Records Administrators (NAGARA), and the International Institute of Municipal Clerk (IIMC).
- She hopes to serve the Village to the best of her abilities and to aid in productive growth.
