Public Records Policy
The Village of Oakwood acknowledges that it maintains records that are used in the administration and operation of the Village of Oakwood. These records, with certain specific exceptions, are available for public inspection and/or copying.
The Village of Oakwood maintains its public records in such a manner that allows these records to be promptly made available for inspection and/or copying. Inspection of records may occur during regular business hours for the Village of Oakwood, 9:00 a.m. though 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except on holidays or other days when Village Hall is closed.
A copy of the Village of Oakwood’s Public Records Policy may be obtained by requesting a copy from the Village Hall receptionist or any other Village employee.
